We offer free phone estimates regarding cleaning, but if you require a written quotation, or an onsite inspection prior to cleaning, a nominal quotation fee may be charged. A portion of that fee is then credited upon job completion should you accept our bid. This fee is waived however, for most commercial contracts and large work orders.

Consultations Regarding Water Damage?
This is a specific and special field that which we bill for.   Be sure to have your questions organized to minimize billing.  We do not however, give estimates or written quotations regarding flood emergencies.  It's simply too complex and premature to do so initially during the emergency phase.  And that's why you should have insurance.  We will however, write a scope of repairs after the emergency phase.

Invoice or Photo Copies Request?
If you require an additional invoice copy or other data, you will need to forward a file retrieval fee to our mailing address.  Some information sought is often archived and requires office time and resources. The retrieval fee will depend on the extent and age of the information requested.  If you are not the original recipient of the data requested, we will not forward any copies of information to you due to privacy laws.

Other Onsite Inspection Requests or Reports?
If you request that we inspect third party workmanship, perform an onsite moisture probe and assessment for post water damage, collect mold samples, view and lend our professional opinion regarding the condition of a textile, write a report for litigation purposes, or other onsite inspections including audits of any kind, be advised that we do charge a fee for this too. The fee will depend on the time and resources spent.

Making an Appointment
Please keep in mind that when you make an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Otherwise a mobilization fee may be levied.
