In fact, CRS provides professional cleaning services to some of the largest property management firms in the valley and to some of the largest non-profit organizations in the South Okanagan. International callers, suppliers, and competitors frequently seek industry related advise from CRS. The owner has been very involved in community volunteering plus CRS provides nearly $2000 in free services to a variety of individuals and organizations per year.

Carpetech was also one of the first local cleaning firms to have a web presence on the internet. Carpetech was also one of the first cleaning firms to offer environmentally friendly cleaning services since. Carpetech (the spelling as you see it here), is the first with a dot "ca" designation on the world wide web that is in no way related to any other infringing spelling or similar designation. Carpetech.ca, and Carpetech (TM), are trademarks of Carpetech Restoration Services. CRS Housekeeping is a subsidiary division of Carpetech Restoration Services. Aftercare, and Cleancare are trade mark services of Carpetech.

We specialize in Carpet Cleaning, Furniture Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning, and Area Rug Cleaning. Commercial and Residential. CRS uses muliple cleaning methods and systems, where most competitors only promote one type. Cleaning systems include HWE Truck-mounts, HWE portables, and ULM Rotaries (steam cleaning and low moisture options).
We also provide Stubborn Spot Removal, Fabric/textile repellant treatments, Odour Remediation and Deodorizing - including biological treatments, encapsulation treatments, sanitizing and neutralizing treatments, and Ozone Air Purification.
We are a certified water damage restoration firm providing flood water extraction, and structural drying. CRS also provides a professional House Keeping Service (CRS HouseKeeping no longer accepting clients). Staff members are uniformed, insured, and covered by WCB.
